About Us
Water District 7 was established in 1963 as a Community Water System to serve the area east of Britton Road between Emerald Lake Way and the City of Bellingham limits. Over the years the District has grown to serve over 700 residential Customers east of the Britton Rd.
Water District 7 is operated by a board of elected Commissioners that serve six-year terms. The Commissioners meet regularly on the second
Tuesday of the month at 5 PM at the District Office. The Office Manager oversees all general administrative duties including all Customer Service and Billing. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day Operations, Maintenance, and Planning for the District.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
As a small water district, we are often out of the office during regular hours for meter reading and errands. If you need to stop by the office to meet with staff, please call ahead to confirm that we will be available.
