Online Payment Options Available

Whatcom County Water District #7 now offers a variety of convenient Water Utility Payment options. You may also review bill payment questions here.

1.  E-Check:  Customers log into their Whatcom County Water District #7 account and initiate a single payment direct withdrawal from their US financial institution.  There is a $0.40 convenience fee per transaction charged by Whatcom County Water District #7.

2.  Credit/Debit Cards:  Customers log into their Whatcom County Water District #7 account and initiate a single charge to their credit or debit card. There is a 2.9% plus .30 convenience fee per transaction charged by Whatcom County Water District #7.

3.  AUTO PAY:  Customers enroll to have recurring automatic direct withdrawal from their US financial institution account for the amount of their bi-monthly Water Utility Bill.  There is no fee charged by Whatcom County Water District #7.
