When a delinquent amount is greater than 60 days past due and greater than $80.00 (Eighty Dollars), the District may interrupt water service and padlock the meter after notice of the pending shut-off has been mailed to the last known billing address on record at the District office. Adequate shut-off notice shall include any regular billing or past due notice disclosing the shut-off date. When staff is dispatched to shut-off water service a $50 shut-off fee will be assessed to the customer’s account.
