Prior to being shut-off, a customer may request, in writing, a Termination of Services Hearing before the Board of Water Commissioners at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Upon receipt of written notice, the scheduled shut-off will be postponed until after the hearing and subject to the Board of Commissioners decision. Following the hearing the Commission shall notify, in writing, the appellant/customer of their decision.
