Water bills are sent out every other month (bi-monthly), normally on or before the 1st of the billing month and shall be due upon receipt and past due 15 days after the bill date or after the due date shown on the billing statement whichever is longer. The due date shall be at least 15 days after the bill date shown. Subsequent water bills for current charges do not extend the due date of past due balances.
