Liens

All unpaid water and sewer charges, when delinquent for sixty days or more with a balance greater than $500.00 in arrears may have a lien attached to the property after review by the board of commissioners. The District will assess the current turn-off / turn-on charges and lien fees and in no case shall service be reconnected until all delinquent charges have been paid in full.
