All outstanding fees and delinquent charges must be paid in full before service is turned on. (See Payment Plan Guidance Below) If your service has been suspended, payment must be received by our office directly.
During Normal Office Hours (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Monday – Friday you may make a payment in person, online or over the phone for the account balance. A $50.00 turn-on fee will be added to the next bill.
After Hours – Customers who request that the service be turned on after business hours will be informed of the $100.00 after hours turn-on fee.
When service is turned on after hours a $100.00 turn-on fee will be assessed to the customer account.
