If a service is inactive or a billing suspension goes beyond one (1) year, the service shall be considered terminated and the customer will be liable for the then current general facilities charges at the time of reinstatement (currently $5600 ), less a credit for the general facility charges in effect at the time of termination, plus all costs to bring the service connection up to current district standards, which shall not be less than the then current a turn-on fee and meter reinstallation (currently $50.00 and $50.00 respectively) or more than the then current new service connection charge (currently $3400) plus new/replacement road crossing if necessary.
